Attention Residents of Kincaid and Bulpitt. CTI is now live and running on the North side of the town. If you have not already signed up for services, now is the time to do so. You can go to ctitech.com to sign up or you can call their office @ 217-824-6398. The potential date for CTI to be on the southside of town, looks to be around March or April of next year.
