Kincaid Lake

With the upcoming warmer weather, it is time to start thinking about getting out on the lake! Remember that Boat Stickers are only good till the end of the year. If you are needing to purchase a new one for 2024, please come into the office and get your sticker. There are two parts to the sticker this year. One is the sticker itself that you place on your boat, and the other is for your boat trailer. You will need both of them this year.

Also the Lake Lots will be opening soon, so do not forget to renew your lake lot come April of this year. We also have 10 RV spots that are now available to purchase. The fee for the spots are $35/per night. We now have water, electricity and sewer hook ups. Another amenity to the Lake and RV spots is, you can now bring your Golf Cart with you. You will still have to purchase a sticker to use it. If you are purchasing an RV spot and want to use your golf cart, there is an additional fee of $5, unless you are a disabled veteran, then there is no charge, but you will have to bring in your VA benefits letter of proof to the office. The rules and regulations still apply to using them just like in town. Normal fees for Golf Carts in town are now $50.
