All bills are due on the 10th of the month with a 10% penalty to apply on any payments made by 8:00 a.m. the following day. If the 10th falls on Saturday or Sunday the 10% penalty will be applied if payment is not received in office or drop box by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. Water shut off day is the last Tuesday of each month. All accounts must be paid prior to 9:00 a.m. on the last Tuesday of the month The past due bill, next month's bill and a reconnect fee will be applied as well regardless of service interrruption. Reconnect Fees are $100.00.

Check your meter and the surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, call our office and report low pressure for your area.
Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?
We may have received it after the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.
Why is my water discolored?
A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.
