Village of Kincaid
You may have noticed some construction activity beginning around our Village!
We're making improvements to our water system, to include replacement of approximately 84 lead
service lines and all related appurtenances.
Funding for this project is provided by a low-interest loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's Public
Water Supply Loan Program. The program is funded by both state and federal resources. The $1,726,669.95 loan comes with
principal forgiveness of the full amount pursuant to provisions contained in the Loan Rules.
